CANCELLATIONS 

PLEASE NOTIFY US 24 HOURS IN ADVANCE IF YOU MUST CHANGE, CANCEL, OR RESCHEDULE YOUR HAIR APPOINTMENT. ANY CANCELLATION OR RESCHEDULING MADE LESS THAN 24 HOURS IN ADVANCE WILL RESULT IN A  CHARGE  EQUAL TO 50% OF THE RESERVED SERVICES. 

LATE 

IN ORDER TO RESPECT THE TIME OF BOTH OUR CLIENTS AND OUR STYLISTS, WE ASK THAT YOU ARRIVE ON TIME FOR YOUR HAIR APPOINTMENT. IF YOU ARE RUNNING LATE, PLEASE NOTIFY US AS SOON AS POSSIBLE. CLIENTS ARRIVING MORE THAN 15 MINUTES LATE WILL BE CONSIDERED A "NO SHOW" AND WILL BE ASKED TO RESCHEDULE THEIR HAIR APPOINTMENT

NO SHOW

IN THE CASE OF MISSING YOUR APPOINTMENT WITH OUT NOTICE, YOU WILL BE IMPOSED WITH A FEE WORTH 50% OF THE MISSED SERVICE WHICH WILL BE ADDED TO YOUR NEXT APPOINTMENT. MOREOVER, BOOKING YOUR NEXT VISIT WILL REQUIRE PRE PAYING FOR THE SERVICE YOU ARE BOOKING FOR ALONG WITH THE AMOUNT DUE FROM THE MISSED APPOINTMENT. 

NO CHILDREN OR PETS 

AS WE ARE CONCERNED WITH YOU AND YOUR CHILD'S SAFETY, WE STRICTLY PROHIBIT UNSUPERVISED CHILDREN IN OUR SALON. PLEASE MAKE SURE TO ARRANGE CHILD CARE BEFORE SCHEDULING YOUR HAIR APPOINTMENT. 

WE ONLY ALLOW SERVICE DOGS IN OUR SALON.
