ALL CLIENTS MUST FILL OUT OUR COVID-19 LIABILITY FORM, FOUND ONLINE WHEN APPOINTMENT IS SCHEDULED. ALL CLIENTS MUST WEAR A MASK WHILE ON OUR PREMISES. SINCE WE ARE OPERATING AT MINIMUM CAPACITY, PLEASE DO NOT BRING FRIENDS OR LOVED ONES TO YOUR SCHEDULED APPOINTMENT. WE ONLY ALLOW ONE PERSON PER APPOINTMENT. 

LATE 

IN ORDER TO RESPECT THE TIME OF BOTH OUR CLIENTS AND OUR STYLISTS, WE ASK THAT YOU ARRIVE ON TIME FOR YOUR HAIR APPOINTMENT. IF YOU ARE RUNNING LATE, PLEASE NOTIFY US AS SOON AS POSSIBLE. CLIENTS ARRIVING MORE THAN 15 MINUTES LATE WILL BE CONSIDERED A "NO SHOW" AND WILL BE ASKED TO RESCHEDULE THEIR HAIR APPOINTMENT

SCHEDULING IS EASY AND AVAILABLE 24/7 THROUGH OUR ONLINE VAGARO PORTAL. ONCE YOU HAVE SCHEDULED YOUR SERVICE, YOU WILL RECEIVE A SERIES OF CONFIRMATIONS VIA TEXT OR EMAIL. 

NO SHOW

IN THE CASE OF MISSING YOUR APPOINTMENT WITH OUT NOTICE, YOU WILL BE IMPOSED WITH A FEE WORTH 100% OF THE MISSED SERVICE WHICH WILL BE ADDED TO YOUR NEXT APPOINTMENT. MOREOVER, BOOKING YOUR NEXT VISIT WILL REQUIRE PRE PAYING FOR THE SERVICE YOU ARE BOOKING FOR ALONG WITH THE AMOUNT DUE FROM THE MISSED APPOINTMENT. 

CANCELLATIONS

WE VALUE YOU AND YOUR TIME. WE REQUEST 48 HOURS MINIMUM FOR ALL CANCELLATIONS OR RESCHEDULING. FAILURE TO DO SO MAY RESULT IN FULL COST OF SERVICE. 

NO CHILDREN OR PETS 

AS WE ARE CONCERNED WITH YOU AND YOUR CHILD'S SAFETY, WE STRICTLY PROHIBIT UNSUPERVISED CHILDREN IN OUR SALON. PLEASE MAKE SURE TO ARRANGE CHILD CARE BEFORE SCHEDULING YOUR HAIR APPOINTMENT.
